Microprocessor Control (Timers) for Semi-Automatic Operation of Nozzle Bar & Pumping.
Pneumatically Actuated Nozzle Bar Assembly.
Six (6)each.  Stainless Steel 316 Pressure Overflow Antifoam Nozzles:
      *Your Choice of 3/8”—1/2”—5/8”—3/4” Outside Diameter Nozzles.
      *Nozzle Options Available Upon Request; Polypropylene, Kynar, Titanium.
15 Gallon, Polyethylene Product Return/Supply Tank.
2" Actuated Product Inlet Valve with Float Controls.
Sandpiper Industrial Air Diaphragm Pump: 0-23 g.p.m.
Stainless Steel 1.5" x 1.5" Tubing Framework.
Heavy Duty Casters (6" x 2") for roll-about cart.
8' Slide Tray w/Adjustable Railing, 4 oz. - 1 gal. (Fits most shapes/style containers).
Product Contact Parts: Stainless Steel - Polyethylene - PVC - Vinyl - Viton - Polypropylene - Santoprene - etc.
       *Customer to confirm product specifications to determine contact part compatibility, (MSDS, chemistry, etc.)

OPERATION: Operator will load the bottles on the slide tray, push the bottles to the bottle stop, press green start button, the head bar will come down and nozzles will insert into the bottle, the pump will start and the product will fill untill overlfow occurs back into the supply tank, the head bar will raise, the operator will slide the filled bottles out and slide a new set of empty bottles to the bottle stop. Repeat this process. The red stop button will interupt the cycle at any time, the pump will stop and the head bar will raise. Set up instruction documents are available upon request.

PERFORMANCE & QUALITY APPROVAL: The buyer is invited to assist in a test run and inspection of the equipment at the RIADA facility before shipment. Travel and any other expenses will be the responisbility of the buyer. Of course we do not charge for an onsite test run or inspection before shipment. Should the buyer decide not to attend the test run or inspection, the machine(s) will be considered fully approved by customer.

SAFETY GUARDS: Safety guarding is the customer's responsibility. If guarding by OSHA standards is not specified by the customer, then OSHA compliance becomes the responsibility of the customer. OSHA type guarding is not included in this proposal. Pricing will be at customer’s request.
